According to the developer's official website, The Golfer's Diary has been discontinued and registrations are no longer available. Since the download from the application's Software Informer page still works, you can download and install it on your PC, but you will only be able to use it for 9 days as there's no way to register the program to make it function further.
In case you need an alternative solution, I recommend checking out ScoreKeeper.

Yes, the software will work on Windows 10, but there won't be any possibility to register it because the registration button from the application leads to another website that has different content and nothing about The Golfer's Diary. You can also install it, but due to the impossibility to register it, the software will expire in 9 days then it will be completely useless.
Where are the data file stored for rounds input into The Golfer's Diary? I have a new computer and need to find the data file to move my history to the new computer. How can I do this?

To transfer your data to a new computer you need to back up your data first. This can be done by opening the application from your old computer, go to File > Backup data. The default folder where the program is backing up the data is C:\Program Files\Golf Diary\BACKUP. After your data is backed up, copy the content of the folder to the new computer using a USB stick or a cloud storage service, into the same folder as above (you should copy the data after you installed the application on the new computer). After the data is copied, open the program (on the new computer) go to File > Restore Data and choose the same folder. It's advised to use the same version of the application to avoid compatibility issues.
